Associations, foundations, foundations and sports clubs, including sports federations (non-governmental organisations legally registered and/or operating in the administrative territory of the municipality of Tuma), shall submit initiatives to the Tuma municipality Duma by 30 September each year (postal stamp).
The initiatives of the associations should focus on society, as well as promote the objectives of the association and local government cooperation, which are set out in the medium-term local government planning document entitled “The Development Programme for the Region 2015-2021”.
Priorities:
- creating special and sustainable traditions in the county with inclusive social, cultural, sports and healthy lifestyle activities, using local resources;
- promoting the involvement of people in useful leisure and lifelong learning activities through various educational activities;
promoting cooperation between citizens and municipalities in support of local initiatives.
Process description
Service requests
The application shall be submitted by 30 September of the current year (postal stamp). Documents to be submitted:
1. Application for an initiative.
2. Cost estimates for each initiative separately.
3. An overview of the activities of the Society in the previous year and an action plan for the following year.
4. Accounting forms for the activities of the Tukuma municipality sports club for the previous year.
Applications shall be examined in a working group established by the order of the Vice-President of the Duma, which shall make proposals to the Duma regarding the allocation of funds to each particular association.
Receipt of services
The decision shall be taken at the meeting of the Tuma municipality Duma.
The service is received according to the selection of the request, personally in person, by mail or by electronic means.
