Co-financing of the local government residential houses shall aim to improve energy efficiency
and to provide support for the improvement of the piece, in order to ensure that the housing fund
sustainability and energy efficiency.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    1. Local government co-financing may be granted to their homes, in which apartments meets the following conditions:
    - the total apartment residential house area is larger than 200 m ² and non-residental space in the area does not exceed 25% of the total area of the residential house;
    - one person owns not more than 25% of the existing residential properties in a residential house;
    - the joint property residential house administration and management of a society of apartment owners;
    - a house tied land parcel (parcels) is transferred to the property of apartment owners;
    - the procedures specified in regulatory enactments has decided to undertake a residential home energy audits, technical surveys and home energy efficiency measures.
    2. A plenipotentiary for co-financing by the local government shall submit an application with the annexes for planned work of the municipal communal division.

  2. Receipt of services
    The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
