Service Description
In its territory of activity, the Orphan's Court - in Tuma parish, Irlava parish, Sema parish, Degoles parish, Purs parish, Zenten parish, Slampes parish, Jules parish, Jaunsi parish, Lestenes parish, perform the following tasks:
1) certify a transaction if it enters into operation of the relevant Orphan's court took up residence in the territory of the residents of deklarējušie and other persons and the amount of the transaction does not exceed 8537 euro;
2) certify līdzmantinieku and co-proprietor agreement on division of the inheritance or joint property (regardless of the value of the property), if the property to be divided or part thereof is located in the territory of operation of the relevant Orphan's court;
3) enter a document of the population register of wills, whose declared place of residence is in the territory of operation of the relevant Orphan's court shall be adopted by the private wills of the population (regardless of the value of the property bequeathed), as well as accept revocations of the (regardless of the place of residence of a testator);
4) certify powers of the population (excluding universālpilnvaras) whose declared place of residence is in the territory of operation of the relevant Orphan's court, and accept this token withdrawal of the population;
5) certify the authenticity of the signature on documents of the population, whose declared place of residence is in the territory of operation of the relevant Orphan's court;
6) shall certify this document is written off, a copy or an extract of which the person concerned;
7) after receiving the submission of the contracting parties shall submit a report on the contract modification or exclusion from opposite sides of the contracting parties, if the declared place of residence is in the territory of operation of the relevant Orphan's court;
8) certify signatures on a request for corroboration shall (Land Register Law Section 60), if one of the petitioners have declared their place of residence of the relevant Orphan's court operation territory;
9) prepare drafts of documents.

Shall come personally to the Orphan's Court, taking the personal identification document and documents necessary for attesting or preparing the documents.Service charge
State fees for the services of the Orphan's Court shall be included in the budget of the local government.
An Orphan's court shall collect the following State fees:
1) for the preparation of the draft Act of Accession — 11,38 euro;
2) for the certification of a transaction — EUR 7,11;
3) for the drawing up or withdrawal — EUR 18,50;
4) on the acceptance of a will for storage — EUR 34,15;
5) for the preparation of a power of attorney — EUR 4,27;
6) of the certification of a power of attorney — EUR 2,85;
7) for the certification of a signature — EUR 2,85;
8) regarding the drawing up and issuing of an extract from the register of statements and other activities - EUR 1.42 (each page);
9) of the drawing up of a true copy or an extract — 1,42 euro (per page);
10) of the certified true copy, extract or copy — 0,43 euro (per page);
11) for the issuance of a notification — EUR 4,27;
12) for the issuance of a certificate regarding the issued notification — EUR 4,27;
13) for drawing up a request for corroboration - EUR 7.11;
14) regarding the certification of a signature on a request for corroboration - EUR 4,27;
15) for drawing up the Heritage List - EUR 48,38;
16) for drawing up other types of documents, EUR 4.27 (per page).
State fee relief for services provided by the Orphan's Court:
regarding the certification of the authenticity of the signature for proposing amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia and other legislative acts - 50% of the State fee specified.Service Request Opportunities
