Request Service and Required Documents
A person who wishes to be a trustee shall submit to the Orphan's Court:
1) an application with the requested request and the justification of the request;
2) a relevant court adjudication (regarding the establishment of guardianship/establishment of temporary guardianship) or a notary notary deed regarding the establishment of guardianship for inheritance, etc.;
3) a statement issued by a family doctor regarding the current state of health of a person, as well as the opinion of a psychiatrist regarding the state of mental health of the person and the opinion of the narcotic and psychotropic person regarding the personal addiction or other addictive substances.Receipt of services
An Orphan's court may appoint a trustee designated by the person, a spouse to be transferred under the auspices or one of the closest relatives, in addition, the Orphan's Court shall observe the order of the last will of the person who has left his or her inheritance.
In appointing a trustee to a person, the Orphan's Court shall, in accordance with the court adjudication, specify in its decision the extent to which the trustee shall act together with the person under the auspices and in the place of such person independently, as well as the term of validity of the decision, if such is specified in the court adjudication.
When assessing all the documents in the case, after hearing the parties, the employees of the Orphan's Court shall take a relevant decision.
The decision shall be received on-site or by post as restricted access information.
