Process description

1. Service requests
   The application.
   In addition to the documents necessary for the receipt of services:
   1. A copy of the organisation of gambling licenses.
   2. Documents (copies) of title evidencing ownership of premises where plans to open casinos and gambling hall, bingo hall, sweepstakes or betting agencies and the owner's written proof of consent to open casinos and gambling hall, bingo hall, sweepstakes or betting agencies in such spaces or documents (copies), which proves the right to use the premises or certifies the applicant the opportunity to acquire the right to use the facilities, which provides for the opening of casinos and gambling hall, bingo hall, sweepstakes or betting agencies, together with the space property certificate of authority (their copies);
   3. If the person who has signed a document certifying the opportunity to acquire the right to use the premises, no premises, shall be submitted to the owner, in addition to written proof of the owner of the premises for agreeing to open casinos and gambling hall, bingo hall, sweepstakes or betting agencies in their premises.

2. Receipt of services
   The service is received in accordance with the application of choice – personally, by post or electronically.
