Process description

  1. Request Service and Required Documents
    Required documents:
    1) an application with the requested request and the justification of the request;
    2) copies of the information supporting documents necessary for the examination of the case and indicated in the submission (presenting the original) at the discretion of the submitter.

  2. Receipt of services
    The parents' dispute over the child's custody issues shall be settled, taking into account the child's interests and clarifying the child's opinion, provided that he or she is able to formulate it.

    A child may apply for assistance in the Orphan's Court if the parents have imposed unjustified restrictions on him or other disagreements have occurred in their relationship.

    Parents, child and other persons involved shall be heard in the taking of the decision, all documents submitted and at the disposal of the Orphan's Court shall be evaluated.
