Service requests
In order to submit a child to an educational institution, the parent shall submit a submission to the educational supervisor:
1) on-site (see page (1) by producing a document certifying the identity of the parent and a certificate of birth or identity of the child. If necessary, present a decision of the Orphan's Court regarding the care of the child outside the family and/or a mandate;
2) electronically (see page “Veidlapa_2”) signed at the latest on 10 March at 8.00 to the official electronic mail address of the educational institution. The submission shall be accompanied by a copy of the oldest personal identification document and the birth certificate or personal identification document of the child. If necessary, a copy of the decision of the Orphan's Court regarding the care of the child outside the family and/or the authorisation shall be attached.Service Processing
1. Applications in the receiving order shall be registered in the register of the registration of the parent applications of Category 1 applicants of the educational institution. If both applications are received on-site and electronically signed at the same time from different persons, they shall be registered alternately as the first registration of the application submitted on-site.
2. If the submission has been submitted electronically, the educational institution shall, within one working day, send to the submitter a notification regarding the receipt and registration of the electronic document in the register of applications.
3. By 10 May at the latest, a list of class 1 applicants shall be drawn up in the educational establishment, with which children's parents or legal representatives may be consulted.Receipt of services
The educational institution shall inform the parents of the inclusion of the child in the list of applicants within 10 working days of the completion of the class assembly.
Parents shall submit to an educational institution by 31 July:
1) the medical card of the child (form No 026/u);
2) written information of the pre-school educational institution regarding the achievements of the acquisition of the child's pre-primary educational content (if any);
3) the opinion of the State or local government pedagogical medical commission, if the child is admitted in a special education programme or if he or she has been advised to support measures in the training process.
